The highest-altitude event of the Falstaff Culinary Ski Days is traditionally hosted in Salzburg’s most elevated restaurant: HOCHGENUSS blends breathtaking high-alpine scenery with exceptional haute cuisine. An evening rich in atmosphere, views, and aromas – on the Kitzsteinhorn at over 3,000 meters.

Programme

This one-of-a-kind culinary experience begins with an evening cable car ascent to the summit station at 3,029 meters, followed by an aperitif on the “TOP OF SALZBURG” panoramic platform, offering spectacular views across the sea of peaks of the Hohe Tauern. Johannes Nuding bridges Tyrolean alpine heritage and international haute cuisine – and with this widely acclaimed Michelin-starred chef, HOCHGENUSS once again promises an unforgettable journey of flavors. Exquisite premium wines accompany each course.
