What is better than a mix of wine, good food and a unique location with an amazing view?
The "Hochgenuss at Kitzsteinhorn" on Saturday, 19 March 2022, combines these three components perfectly. The event begins with an exclusive evening cable car ride uphill to 3,029 metres above sea level. The distinguished and Falstaff award-winning Josef Steffner of Mesnerhaus in Mauterndorf presents his idea of cooking in harmony with nature at the "Gipfel Restaurant" - Salzburg's highest-situated restaurant. The wine accompaniment to the multi-course menu is coordinated by the two Falstaff award-winning top vintners Hannes Hirsch and Walter Glatzer.
The final highlight of the evening is presented by Siegfried Herzog with the sampling of his 21 special edition.
