To round off the Falstaff Culinary Ski Days weekend on the Schmittenhöhe, Paula Bründl invites guests to a special gourmet brunch on the Sonnkogel. The regional chef – known from the TV show The Taste – stands for creative, down-to-earth, and locally rooted cuisine that harmoniously blends tradition and modernity.

For this brunch, she brings together the very best of her homeland: handpicked products from local producers, exceptional aromas, and authentic flavors from the Salzburg Alps. With great passion and a keen sense for regional ingredients, Paula creates dishes that you don’t just taste, but truly feel.
